Norton 8.6 for Mac crashes Amazon Music App

There is a serious incompatibility between Norton 8.6 for Mac and the Amazon Music App.

When I attempt to open the latest version of Amazon Music on Mac OS 11 the system reboots.  The problem does not occur if Norton has been removed from the system.

Hello, I have a similar problem. I was trying to download Amazon Music using their installer and my computer kept crashing when I tried to install the app. After trying many different things I uninstalled Norton 360 and Amazon music started installing and working normally. How could I get Norton to run without my computer crashing as I'm using Amazon music?

When attempting to open Amazon Music my iMAC restarts.  (Mac OS Big Sur v. 11.0.1)
