keep getting the following message "Unfortunately we were not able to send you a temporary password at this time. Please try again." whilst trying to recover password.
Need to register new & resubscribe another account.
Have tried "Nathan" and all other options on web. Keeps pointing me back to the recover password that isnt working for me.
Could someone help me out here or let me know an alternate way to contact Nortons to remedy this?
