Really getting frustrated with this. 

 

I am trying to log into my Norton Account from https://account.norton.com/amsweb/default.do. Once there it lasts about 10 seconds before it reverts back to the login page. Too short to do anything.

 

But there is another problem:

 

Actually trying to install Norton on my son's new laptop. So I need to transfer the licence

 

The FAQ (https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-download-install/current/solutions/v73856951_NortonM_Retail_1_en_us?entsrc=redirect_pubweb) says

"

  1. Log on to your Norton account.

  2. Type your Norton account email address and password, and click Sign In.

  3. On the Services page, click on your Norton product."

I can't see a "Services" page.

 

As I said really getting frustrated with this. It should be so simple. Any help appreciated.

 

Just had the subscription renewed automatically last week so I think I have 60 days to sort this out.
