So every day for the past week I have been talking to customer service re Norton mess up with billing my account, and getting the Sam response that they have escalated to senior operators who will call me.. that has not happened. Firstly they billed my account with $244.99 on 14th April which was a whole 49 days prior to renewal date . When I question why as I don’t sign up to auto renewal ever they eventually credited me for that amount.. the again on the 8th may they auto billed me no once but twice for exactly the same amount.. they have are very stage repeated the exact same text book quote.. they then tell me they have not double billed me even tho I have my bank statement which I have sent thru. My chat has been ended rudely and abruptly 4 time. I am absolutely disgusted by this behaviour. Does anyone know who I can contact now please. Any, help would be appreciated
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless the renewal is canceled before billing. Renewal payments are billed annually (up to 35 days before renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle. Annual subscribers will receive an email with the renewal price beforehand.
