I have tried to cancel a demo, and everything didn’t work to forcing the next charge. In addition I went to the chat , and I wasted 20 minutes waiting … Honestly the similar experience like this was when I tried “Clean My Mac”. Hidding buttons, Hidding options to avoid the cancelation. Also if I tried to remove the credit card, the app is forcing to remove the subscription. Subscription which just have 2 weeks. Also a message says “if you change if the payment information and this will not work, we use any other card to assure the payment”…. so although you delete the payment information, Norton is storing your credit card information. Very dissapointed of this purchase.

It is a paid version. I have bought Norton 360. After the install the app offered to install another app (utilities). That version is a trial. There is no choice to cancel. Everything which IA says , was checked and nothing worked. We’ll after some review in others places I read this is done on purpose. A lot of people has face the same problem. The trial version doest appears in the susbcriptions, si you can delete nothing on it.
