I have a Win Vista 64-bit system and am running NIS 2009. I also used to have the add-on pack installed and it was running fine. Last weekend I had to exchange my primary hard drive and consequently reinstalled NIS 2009 in the new drive. The install went without any trouble, and all the updates also installed ok.
However, when attempting to install the add-on pack, I now get the message that the add-on pack is not compatible with "this version of Norton Internet Security". I went to the Symantec website and made sure to download the latest version of the add-on but no change.
Anyone know what to do now?
