When ever I enable Parental Controls in Norton Addon Pack my internet doesn't work, so when i open up Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer I just get an error 'This web page is not available'. I don't think it's a virus as Norton hasn't detected any thing, so it's probably a bug, is there any way of fixing this?
I don't get this problem when I enable Privacy Control it's only with Parental Control.

It does not work cause Norton Add on pack no longer is needed. Please use the OnlineFamily.Norton program.

Norton Addon Pack works fine on my laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium x64), there are no internet problems on it. It's only my computer (Windows Vista Business x32). Also are you saying that Norton Addon Pack is going to be discontinued?
Yes................Exactly. OnlineFamily.Norton is a million times better. Try it for yourself.
Do you know why it's going to be discontinued? It's such a good addon to NIS/N360 products, it's basic and easy to use.
Cause OnlineFamily.Norton is a million times better thats why. They are putting there effords into that. TRY it for yourself.
