I have read with interest the various postings on Norton problems. I have many entries on my Norton 360 - Open Process Token and Access Thread Data blocking entry. My reading is that Norton wont let changes to its software be made so this may be normal. I have something else. I am denied access to any changes in software; cant switch of Norton or firewall, cant remove any program, all blocked by require an Administrator password, and there is no password. HELP. I was told to switch off Norton. I can do this on another computer easilly with the same norton key-that one is Vista and this one is Windows 7. Help. IT is as if someone has taken over my computer and yet all else is working fast and well. Help.
