Ah, you submit something around the Christmas/New Year holidays, where there are 2 weekends and at least 3 holiday days. Other gift card bonus's fine print noted it can take up to 60 days to receive the bonus.

Hi, I got this offer and having been a customer for years and planning to renew anyway I thought this was good to see Norton recognising loyalty over the past year. On trying to register for it i had to go through customer support and was told its not to recognise the last years membership as an anniversary but available only if you auto renew with their premium prices! The support desk also told me i had read the advert wrongly as it clearly says its for renewal. Not sure which e-mail they looked at but it says it no-where, as i'm sure you will see on yours. After being disappointed and insulted I am now planning on being a loyal McAfee customer in the future. BEWARE this is a sales drive by Norton trying to tie people into premium priced auto renewal, DO NOT take it as it will cost you more than the £15 you get as a gift (if it turns up). If you shop around you will save more than the £15 and it is a good system, save yourself the time and money don't go for the 'Offer'. Hope this helps and doesn't sound to angry :-).
It's a shame after 24 years in the military, loyalty is key for me and makes me an easy customer so it's impressive for Norton to be able to lose me.
