I have an active subscription to Norton 360 Lifelock Advantage on my Windows 11 PC. Works perfectly. I decided to try out the free trial of Norton Anti-Track, but I cannot get it to even load up properly. It shows up on my 360 Privacy tab, but will not load. Even if I try to start it up directly [rather than through the 360 UI] it will not load. I have uninstalled - rebooted - installed - rebooted several times. I get different results. Sometimes a window loads with a white blank screen; sometimes I get a log-on prompt - which I do - but it just keeps looping; sometimes I get to this screen [see screenshot] but it just endlessly spins. That is where I am at now. I’m ready to give up on this. Any suggestions?
can you open Task Manager → End task
can you Restart (not Shut down) machine
can you uninstall AntiTrack
can you Restart (not Shut down) machine
can you try fresh AntiTrack download/install
All of the above - many times. I give up on this one. Thanks, though.
Do you happen to know how I can cancel this free trial before I am charged for it? I’ve searched through the web site and can’t locate any option. Easy to sign up, nearly impossible to opt out. Great business model Norton has. I wanted to see what the program was that made it worth $50 extra for a feature that should be a part of 360. Anyway, I know I’m rambling. I do appreciate your assistance. Thanks!
