Im in Australia and I've just bought a year's subscription for my PC.
I cannot get the program to work on firefox, internet explorer or google chrome.
Both my firefox and internet explorer are riddled with pop ups. Only google chrome works properly at the moment.
Im not sure what to do and cannot find a help number located in Australia to call.
Is there anything that I can do that might help me?
I had a trial version of norton before - is this preventing me from installing the new program? I don't know.
I feel like I've wasted my money I've spent so much time on this already.
