I am on my last straw with norton customer service. I had and issue with norton anti virus not launching called tech support they access my laptop to resolve the issue deleting norton anti 2008 and installing 2009 after which was told i had a virus on my computer. Is this not why i have norton anti virus in the first place. Was then transfered to another tech that told me it would be 99.00 to fix. Sorry but i paid for norton to protect my computer to which it did not and now have to pay 99.00 to fix what their program did not do. Nice. further more when i was told where to go on nortons website to get instructions to fix this problem i could not as my laptop now does not have internet access. Was working fine before the tech messed with my computer and now not at all. After being on the phone for over 4 hrs i have a computer that does not work and norton wants me to pay 99.00 to fix what they created can anyone direct me to the complaint department
