Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin

Hello,

 

The Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin is missing from my Outlook 2007 toolbar.

 

I am running Norton 360 with Outlook 2007 in Windows 7, 64bit.

I have all the latest updates.

The plugin is listed in Outlook trust center as an active application but it is not in the toolbars dropdown.

I have tried turning the plugin off in Norton, rebooting, turning it back on.

I have uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled.  I have also reinstalled Norton.

I have two other computers running the same systems (except they are 32bit) with no problem.

 

Most grateful for any advice, please.

If you are running MS Outlook 64-bit, that can be the reason why the AntiSpam toolbar is not there. Read more info from the following thread:

Oh well, as long as Norton is still scaning my emails I can live with it.
