after i purchased norton anti virus 2005 and down loaded it to my laptop windows xp the screen went blank,i called norton support and the want $159.00 to fix the trouble,so i found the hidden program norton and uninstalled it and the laptop came back up like new,then my grandson was playing a game and norton came up and he accepted it.and now the same thing agian,now i canot find the program to uninstall it,any help please.
