I need help with the installation of Norton AntiVirus 2009. My main problem appears to be my dial up connection but I live in the country and I'm to cheap to buy a satellite DSL, I keep waiting on AT&T. This started when I chatted online with Norton tech support, I had Norton AntiVirus 2006 loaded on my PC, They said I should run the Norton removal tool, OK I did. I still can not get the new software to load, I get the first screen, the software loads network something and says my network cable is unplugged. I do have an ethernet card in the machine but use dial up. Does anyone have any ideas?
