I've installed and uninstalled this about 15 times over the past three months and it still will not install. I get no error messages while installing, but when I open the file to run antivirus it says "Norton AntiVirus could not open its preferences. Please try restarting your computer. If this error persists, please try re-installing Norton AntiVirus." and I have followed those instrucations 14 times and it will not install. I cannot find any information on how to fix this and norton has very very little helpful information about mac installations on their site.
I'm running OS X.5.8
