Does this mean that I have a virus?
Also, on Netflix, my computer is unable to open the page to fullscreen, does that mean anything?

The software might just be crashing due to a bug.
You can check for crash reports by opening Applications -> Utilities -> Console, and viewing Diagnostic Reports.
If you find any recent crash reports, you can upload them here, for one of the techs to examine.
It's also helpful to provide version numbers for your operating system and Norton AntiVirus. You can find these details from the About menu.
While you're in NAV, you can also take a look at the history. If a virus was found, there would be a record of it in the log.

Sorry for the problems. When you get the crash (which is what you are seeing) are you performing a scan, or is it doing something else?
If the application crashes as soon as you open it, it sounds like an installation problem. I can try to take a look at the crash log, but you'll need to post the full log.
