Norton Antivirus Mac 11.1.2--LiveUpdate Code 10 error message

I am trying to install Norton Antivirus for Mac on my Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.7.  I have the NAV 11.1.2 CD.  I have installed Rosetta, and I have also added the following proxies into my Network settings:  liveupdate.symantec.com, liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com. 

 

After NAVM installs, it asks me if I want to run LiveUpdate and I say yes, then it starts the process to run but then stops.  I have no other option but to restart.

 

However, when I restart, I get the following error message "Norton Antivirus Autoupdate cannot continue.  Please run LiveUpdate or reinstall NAVM and restart (Code 10)."  But I can't run LiveUpdate--I've tried "update everything now", but it just won't work.  I then get this other error message which will not go away until I uninstall the product.

Please check of LiveUpdate is version 5.1.2.  If not, please download it from this location:

Thank you so much, Lee.  I downloaded LiveUpdate 5.1.2, and that appears to have solved the problem.
