Hi,
my ISP is Etisalat in Dubai, UAE. The NAV2008 is provided by it for free and i have it for the past 2 years or so. Recently the liveupdate stopped working and indicated an error 8900,213. I have follwed advise elsewhere in the forum to do a manual download of updates which installed successfully. I am trying to do the 2nd recommended step viz contact tech support, but i get stuck on the form that needs to be filled as the last thing it asks fr is the product key, which i dont remember having received when i downloaded the NAV from Etisalat. What should i do to get this error resolved?
