using applock on my htc one m8 I was able to secure the settings access with a pin code. Now that Im using the s20 ultra, the applock does not show the pin screen until I close the settings screen. It is working backwords and pointless. It works perfectly with all other apps except the settings. Anyone has this problem and were you able to resolve it? Would appreciate any help thanks. I have tried everything to the point of removing and reinstalling the applock.
Small update. Your issue is related to the other thread I mentioned above. This is what I got from my contacts.
It seems that Android 10 might have put Setting’s UI on higher priority without allowing any other floating window showing above it. We’ll need more time to investigation potential mitigation on this Settings behavior change.
Norton is looking into this for both thread reports.
Sorry I missed your reply. I'll pass this on to my contacts. There was another issue with Android 10 and another Norton app where the appropriate window did not get focus.
