I’m using Norton App lock with Android. My phone is up to date. I configure App lock to NOT lock Whastapp, but it insists in blocking Whatsapp.
I don’t want Whatsapp blocked, because when blocked is very difficult to make and answer calls with Android Auto.
What is wrong, why App lock insists in blocking the Whatsapp app?
App Lock is 1.5.3.525, but this problem is occurring for a long time.
First off, Norton App Lock is EOL as of June 2024.
So unfortunately, if there is an issue with the App Lock app, there is no way to get a fix. And note from the Support article that you cannot reinstall the app if you decide to uninstall to try to fix.
The only suggestion I can think of is to set App Lock to lock Whatsapp. Restart the phone, and then unlock Whatsapp and then restart the phone again and test.
