I have buyed a 10 licence subscribtion for 3 years for Norton Security Premium. I'm logged in my.norton.com . I send a download link to my brother's e-mail on his iOS smartphone.
He clicks the link, then he is taken to an iOS store, he marks a radiobutton on a Norton 360. But then he is asked for Partner Name. He enters `XFINITY` because nothing else is accepted. And then system asks for a 13 character PIN. And we stuck on it here. No PIN is accepted, nothing else to do. We can't activate licence on brother's iOS smartphone.
We have gone through exact the same path on my mum's smartphone but with Android. Literally - everything gone in a 1 minute. No questions for Partner name nor for a 13-character PIN. Norton works perfectly on mum's Adroid.

Please help us with the problem on iOS. What do we do wrong?
I would have your brother uninstall 360 and any other security product on their device. Then you need to send another email to your brother that he can open on the device to install Norton. Tap on the Download button in the email and then your brother should see the same as in your first image and then tap on Next. That should bring up a screen to install from the App Store. Tap that and the Norton 360 app should be displayed. Tap on Get to download the app. When downloaded tap on Open. Then accept the terms and the app should open.
What iPhone is your brother using and what iOS version?
