Was downloading a few files to my computer, and Norton came up with its "red alert" windows telling me that one of the files had plenty of security risks:
So now its telling me to restart to clear away a few of these security risks... I've always chosen Norton as my anti-virus, but I've never been asked to restart my computer to "clean" my computer of security risks. I had a virus a few months ago, that killed a laptop, and a program by the name of MalWare defense asked me to restart my computer (even though I didn't it forcefully restarted it for me)
So I'm a bit touchy on restarting my computer. I currently have the timer set to remind me in 12 hours.
So I'm looking to see if anyone can calm my fears and let me know its alright to restart or should I not restart and take some sort of more drastic action...
