Norton Autofix STILL not connecting

I have posted this before, but still no solution has been offered.  The Autofix Server is still only working sporadically, at best.  When it fails, I only get this message w/ Copy to Clipboard:

With no connection achieved, this report is erroneous and means nothing.  I attempt to connect as many as 4 times before I give up.  Sometimes it connects on the 1st try, most often it hangs on "Checking System Time", other times it stalls on "Please wait while we build the best support experience for you" (what a laugh) NOT.  Not a good experience, IMO.  Sometimes, after I continue to the Support Site (bypassing Autofix) and sign in to the web site.  The problem seems cleared, sometimes ... a little late if you ask me.

If logging in to Norton is required to employ Autofix, then why am I not queried to do so before-hand?  This has been a on-going problem that is quite annoying.  There are no problems with my ISP, so don't even go there.  This is a Norton problem, pure and simple.  Norton needs to code the process correctly  This is a rookie mistake in the Autofix code.  Please fix it.  I have a little over 2 months left on my subscription of 6+ years, and I hesitate to 'rent' another product with as many potential bugs as I've found in this one.   - Art
