i received an email to say my automatic subscription renewal had failed, the reason was not enough money in the account, i dont keep lots of money in my account purely for security reasons, i transfer when i need to.
so how do i find out how much my subscription is, that is the one thing that no one has mentioned in all the correspondence.......is the cost. and i cant seem to find it in any of my online settings.
can anyone offer any suggestions please.
