I'm having all kinds of problems following upgrading from Win7 to Win10. The worst (at the moment) is that the Start icons has failed - more info here: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/win10-start-menu-isnt-working-after-upgrade#comment-6828181
But I'm starting this thread to concentrate on one aspect - in that thread several have blamed Norton for the problems. They are saying that Norton should be closed before installing Win10.
Is Norton aware of this? Is it OK to do as some are suggesting?
