Norton Antivirus blocked my Weebly shop website www.precisionpendulum.com.au as a "Known Dangerous Web page".
Having read this forum, I know a lot of people have the same problem and have had their problem resolved by Norton. I have lodged an appeal with Norton almost 24 hours ago and nothing has happened yet.
Firstly, can someone from Norton please help me with this and remove my website from your "Known Dangerous Web page" list?
Secondly, why did this happen in the first place? Note that the message did not use words like "suspected" or "detected", but "Known Dangerous Web page". Seeing that many other people have had the same problem and then cleared by Norton after all, claiming a clean website as a "Known Dangerous Web page" costs the owner a lot of money in direct sales and customer confidence, and, therefore, future sales. This is simply defamatory to the said website.
I submitted the page (which is a landing page) not a website and I received an email saying the page was safe but when I check it is still logged as "Known Dangerous Web page". This is obviously a problem.
The bigger problem here is that we have over 100 landing pages with the same issue (all made on HubSpot - https://www.hubspot.com/). Surely I can't be expected to go through this process for every page?
This seems to be a bigger issue between Norton and HubSpot here.
Is there a way to have the domain - https://info.diagnostax.co.uk - checked by Norton so that all the pages can be given the all-clear?
