Norton blocking Adobe application

With Norton turned off Adobe Creative Cloud works fast and fine. FYI, uninstalling C.C. involves saving all presets and actions in Photoshop and all other C.C. applications, uninstalling all Adobe applications, reinstalling C.C., reinstalling all Adobe applications, reinstalling all presets and actions, rearranging all operating windows of all Adobe products. Even if that all of that wasn’t required - if anything needs to be uninstalled it’s Norton. Thank you for responding. Advice is appreciated.

Maybe, open case via Norton support.
I wish I was familiar with ACC so, I could reproduce as you report my side.

Is this new behavior? Or, behavior since you’ve installed Norton 360?
Meaning…did ACC ever run okay with Norton 360?

as test: I’ve install ACC again.
Sorry, I’ve no way to create your Adobe experience. I’ve no Adobe trial applications or Pro applications.
Creative Cloud Desktop installs n’ opens…my Norton 360 does not object…that’s as far as I can get.
