Since I restarted my comptuer today, Norton has blocked pretty much every website I tried to visit. I always get the message saying that this connection is untrusted. I get the options of adding an exception, or leaving that site. Apparently it is because the certificate of the site cannot be verified. This occured on sites such as google, facebook, etc. Even while visiting the norton forums! I restarted once again, and now, even windows update isn't able to work. I believe that norton is for some reason blocking my programs. A scan with malware bytes yielded no results.
The browser I use is firefox, and my norton 360 version is 20.3.0.36
EDIT: FIXED: It seems the problem was with my computer time. It got changed somehow, and it caused some pretty severe problems.

Whenever a user gets many invalid certificate alerts when visiting secure websites, it will almost always be due to the system date being incorrect. Valid certificates will appear to be expired if the system date is set later than the cert expiration date. It is actually the browser which alerts to the certificate errors, not Norton. However, Norton is also dependent upon the system date for keeping track of its subscription status. Incorrect dates can cause Norton to shut down completely, just as it would if the subscription time had actually expired. If that happens, open Norton and click Support > Subscription Status to synch the program with the correct subscription information stored on Symantec's servers.
