Norton Blocking Legitimate Websites

Detailed description: Why is Norton suddenly blocking websites that I have used plenty in the past. I have sent in requests and received no replies as the if it was investigated. Do I need to change Products or can I get some type of information without having to spend all my time making requests. I see this is not a new subject.
