As a Comcast customer, I reluctantly downloaded the Norton Internet Suite. Ive tied to upload videos to my Youtube account and immediately they are blocked by Norton's firewall. The message says that "Andre-1" (my pc's name) is trying to gain access to my computer.??
Somehow the firewall sees my PC" Andre-1" as a known virus. All I'm trying to do is upload video's. Now I can't. I contacted support once (through their chat) about it. I followed their instructions and ended up losing my internet connection altogether. I had to reset the defaults to get back online.
