Norton bloks Samsung Flow data transferd with Bluetooth. (.Jpg data)

With Wifi and Cable connection no problems with Samsung Flow.

If I remove Norton 360 complete and reistall it then it is possible to transfer data only one time.

If i disable the smart firewall it works ok.

I use Windows 11 Pro - 25H2 - Build 26200.7019 with all updates till now.

When I use my Samsung Phone with an other Labtop same problem.

All Apps are up to date and have the same versions on both Labtops.

What could be the problem?

Have you added the Samsung Flow app to the exclusions, rebooted and rechecked?

Edited: Also check Program Control in the firewall, ensure Samsung Flow is set to allow.

Samsung Flow is allowed in Programcontrol in smartfirewall.

There are no exclusions added in Antivirus.

I dont Know what to enter in Antivirus.

Samsung Flow resides in Windows Programfiles so far as i know.

I can only add the hole Programfile map and not a single SamsungFlow entry or exec.

May be the problem started after the update to Norton version: 25.10.10528 biuld 25.10.10528.958

Update done on 1 november 2025 about 21.26 hour.

Before oktober 2025 I had no problems with Samsung Flow.

jeg har info de arbejder på en ny opdatering til norton 360 som er rettelse til internet og firewall fejlen men hvordan de smider den ud ved jeg ikke men jeg ved at 25.11 indeholder auto update fejl rettelsen langsom live update fejl rettelse disk optimiser fejlen og nortonUI fejlen og den fejl er flere fejl i en den er en major update af hele systemet stabilitet og bugfix er ikke under nda

I use de apps from Microsoft store.

Windows version: 4.9.1704.0

Samsung Phone version: 4.9.19.10

I use it for transfer Photo,s to my labtop only.

I contacted Norton via Chat and they made a solution for me.

Start Norton.

choose: settings.

choose: Smart Firewall.

Choose: Traffic Rules.

Choose there: More and make a new rule.

Options for the Rule:

Name: New rule

Enabeld: Yes

Action: Allow

Protocal: All

Profile: All

Direction: In/Out

Adress: here enter no entry’s at all, so is blank

Reporting: None

I don’t know if this is a temporary fix and if Norton will make final fix inthe future.
