I can only get the Recovery Tool to work for USB without UEFI... but one of my computers only shows the UEFI option (but will not boot the USB stick or will say BootMGR is missing). I was able to try toggling secure boot and CSM but no luck. Rufus says the Norton ISO file uses Syslinux/Isolinux v4.04 (from 2011). Could that be the problem? Is there any way to get this to boot with UEFI? Followed the instructions to use with Rufus but they are not working. So, for me, boots in older, non-UEFI systems but will not boot in newer boards which only use UEFI.
