Norton updated automatically yesterday. In doing so, the Norton button disappeared from my Outlook toolbar, so I can't send spam to Anti Spam & nothing is going into the Anti Spam folder. Even if something did, I've lost the button to empty the anti spam folder. All the fixes for this problem refer to the old version of Norton. The new one looks totally different & has different terminology. No mention of Anti Spam. Please help.
matt481:Wow. You removed a great feature. I've been using Norton as my security forever (when it was called symantic systemworks). I'll have to find another antivirus provider if I don't have antispam in Outlook. My emails have lost the plot without it :( And I've wasted a few days of my time trying to find out why :( Not happy
and you're Norton 360 v24.x ?
- Norton product or service name and version
- Operating system - version / build
Caveat: I've not seen Norton 360 v24.x...at this time.

Not happy. The video says the changes allow you to set it up the way you want to. Well, I want my Norton Anti Spam button back on Outlook but you've totally removed it!

Norton 360 v24.x?
- Email Protection – this feature now works for any email client, not just Outlook (Windows only). We have removed the Anti-Spam functionality because we weren’t able to provide the correct level of user experience we wanted. This only applies to the spam filter itself. The rest of the email security features have been retained in Email Protection.
