When I try to open Norton One Click Support it gives me the message: "We are unable to communicate with one of our servers. Would you like to attempt to correct this problem by releasing and renewing your IP settings?" and gives me two buttons: Yes and No. If I click Yes or No it waits a moment, does the loading symbol for about 3-4 seconds then sends me back to the Yes or No screen. Can anyone help with this? it's been happening for a little while now.
