This has been going on for months. Norton cannot finish a full scan. A message comes up that says: "Norton Security is unable to continue. Please restart your Mac to stay protected. If the problem still persists, please click here"
It can finish a quick scan. Not a full scan. I am using the most updated version (7.4.1)
I have contacted tech support multiple times. They have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my computer a multitude of times. They have taken readings. They have promised that they would be back in touch as soon as they have analyzed the readings. Never hear back from them.
So I am paying for this product that does not work. The company knows that it does not work and can't/won't do anything about it.
Anybody else have this issue?
