What is the error message you are seeing? Annoyingly, Norton (Gen Digital) is changing almost every single day the settings chosen by myself, such as the “Local Area" Connections” from “Private” to “Public”, and “Program Control” allowing some Apps to access my network without my permission! And when I change it back to what I have set, Norton does it again back to allow many apps, such as Windows Apps and Programs to allow them to check and report my machine activities, storage, apps running, and websites visited, and so on! Unacceptable!

Did you try running Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
I see that every log in. I’ve even seen NORTON Wire Guard state I do not have ADMIN control to change it back. Sometimes it’s the Safe Firewall causing an error, but it shows my network as PRIVATE but unsecure! I’ve captured these Notifications using my phone as the screen capture can’t! They don’t even show in the WINDOWS Notification list!
