So I contacted Norton Chat Support just more then an hour ago, I explained I have a valid key for NISv21 till 2019 and would like to tranfer my days to the new NSv22.
The guy told me that it was not possible because it's a trial version (key) and I must buy a key for NSv22, so I did, I bought a key for 70 USD (!!!), I paid with my creditcard.
I came back to the chat, because he waited for me till I was finished paying, and he terminated the chat!!!
I reconnected to Norton Chat and had to tell all over again all what I wanted, it took me a while again to explain what I wanted, after that she told me that it was NOT possible and she asked for my tel number, they will contact me within 24 hours, I told her yesterday I had gave my number too and that Norton still haven't called me back...
The Norton Chat Support is VERY bad and it oly exists of people from India that doesn't know what the hell they're doing!
So... I ended up with a key for NSv22 for 1 year... the older key still has days till 2019!!!
Norton is a great disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!
