Norton Chat today

The Norton Chat site's algorithym for deciphering wait time is way off. When I started the chat it said 58 seconds wait time. I waited over 13 mins with each display of the seconds update drop equating to about 20 secs elasped time. Seems that a world class Security software company's website programmers could give us a little better heads up than that.

Anyhow I finally got to chat and asked my question, then after another long wait in which I figured the agent was probably doubling to other chats, I got a msg my agent was disconnected from the chat. I however was still connected to the chat and then a message said I was waitng in the queue with a wait time of 1 second (lol). So I waited another minute and closed the chat.  What a joke Norton's support has become since joining with Lifelock.
