Norton Cleaner is not a standalone app with its own subscription, it’s a feature within the Norton Utilities Ultimate subscription.

Norton Cleaner is the mobile version of Norton Utilities Ultimate (NUU).
Already subscribed? Just sign in to access your subscription at no extra cost.

Norton Cleaner covers up to 10 devices, as long as you’re signed into the app under the same Norton account.

Norton Cleaner from Google Play Store covers one mobile device at $7.99 first yr.
Norton Utilities Ultimate at $39.99 first yr covers up to 10 devices therefore Norton Cleaner covers up to 10 devices.

For multi-device coverage you’ll need to purchase Norton Utilities Ultimate which covers up to 10 devices and the Norton Utilities Ultimate key will work on Norton Cleaner for up to 10 devices…as well.

Yes, bjm, I do. It’s actually no longer a free app, I talked to Support. Anyway thanks, I managed to download the app from my Norton account. Everything’s fine. Bye

Can I ask what your resolution was? I’m getting the same messages now as well. How many devices are supported if I was to pay the extra money?

I wish Norton would offer a comprehensive product with everything included instead of having to add on all the bits and pieces

Thanks for the response. I have Utilities Ultimate but it’s still saying I need to upgrade for the New Cleaner….
