Is Norton Cloud Backup offered through Norton 360 encrypted? In particular, if an unencrypted file on a user drive is backed up, is the file encrypted by Cloud Backup while transmitted to the server and while maintained on the server?
I'm using Norton 360 Deluxe on a Windows 10 machine.

It is my comment, not an opinion. I do not work for Norton. I just volunteer my time to try to help users from my experience with the Norton products.

ofcourse i am NOT inquiring the postal address of each one of those servers Norton uses, but as long as it is not in China and subject to the laws of the land (basically handing over my data to CCP if needed) I might start using my cloud.

Yes the data is encrypted while being transmitted to the cloud servers and is stored encrypted.
