Norton Cloud Backup is too slow. How to improved the speed or increase the badwidth?

I'm backing up some selected files and folder over Norton Cloud Backup with 100gb space. I have a 400mps+  upload bandwidth available but the the backup of 2GB files takes 8hrs or more. How to speed up the cloud backup? I can backup the same set of files/folders using using MS Onedrive in just few minutes.  Moreover, I still have 2 issues:

1. The % status does not show the actual percentage it's always 0% when doing backup.

2. The notification about to fix or run the backup keeps popping up even if the cloud backup is already running. This is really annoying.

You may also want to reset the Norton firewall and reboot. Retest again.
