I have a Norton Critical Notice on y screen which tells me “Oops, something’s wrong with your payment”. I have amended my credit card details, which were the same as before except the expiry date and code on the back of the card, but the Critical Notice still comes up and I cannot “X” it to get rid of it. My subscription renews in February 2025. Anyone help? Michael Gourlay.
