Norton Customer Service Contact other than chat

I am looking to contact CS from the UK via e mail.
Having been a Norton customer for the past 20 years, I find myself with an issue which I need who establish if or not Cloud is the problem.
Had PC "repaired" 3 months ago (HDD replaced unnecessarily) which removed all data.
Being in dispute with repairer, I will need to establish they have updated incorrectly.
Accessing cloud and dL, I found many docs have not been updated, hence loss of use.
Did try online chat enquiring about such a link.  The enquiry (for which I have a reference) was opened, read, and "chat ended." which is unhelpful.
Unable to currently use phone due to vocal issues, so need to list the issues, have someone to establish if the issues relate to cloud OR pc.

as far as i know norton does not have a email for tech support or otherwise to assist

they may of in past but dont think they have in many years ( if ever)

you may want to look at cloud troubleshooting in support to see if you can find what you are looking for

Are you referring to Norton backup sets stored in the cloud?

Are you wanting to restore files from your Norton backup sets?

Have you re-installed Norton 360?
Have you re-created new backup sets?
