Norton customer service

I made the mistake of buying a Norton product on the advice of a (former) friend. I have been wasting more time than necessary to contact Norton to tell them to cancel my order. Lo and behold you can't do that. You cannot email customer service. I have never dealt with this before. I hope no one else is hoodwinked by Norton.

 

This is a really frustrating company. If anyone knows how to contact these people via email and not by a list of faq's please let me know.   BTW the address they give doesn't lead to customer service: www.norton.com/cs. You can email someone(?) but it is not possible for me to do so on the form they provide: you need to download a program to go on live chat etc. I will never, ever deal with this company again.     Thanks in advance.

It may have just been a glitch.  Have you tried contacting support back since?  Is this in reference to your earlier post "Might have found undetected spy ware"?
