Iam user based in India. Have set-up Norton DNS manually within both my Router as well as within the N/w. setings of WinXP Home edition. However, neither your setup confirmation page is approving the active use of Norton DNS, & nor does the 'nslookup' command showing up the name resolution being done through these!?
'nslookup' is showing up:::"Non-Existent domain" against both Primary as well Secondary DNS.
Please help! For your information, OpenDNS seem to be working perfect from my location. So, what could be the issue with your service? Are the users based in S-E Asia able to perfectly resolve the names(web addresses) using your Service?
