NORTON does not fully remove TROJAN?

Hi all :)

Few days ago I was browsing and accidently clicked on one of the ads in russian forum, seconds after that a pop-window appeared and firefox automatically restarted. Then, whenever I was vising a site, loads of other RU pop-windows kept opening one after the other.

I completely removed FIREFOX off my system and ran full system scan using NIS which then found few viruses, it seemed to have deleted it that time. Re-booted laptop and opened chrome browser which then again did not stop from windows popping-up.

Is it virus that keeps re-installing in my system that says ''installs updated then shuts down computer'' under 'SHUT DOWN' every time? why does it want to install updates so frequently?

Also, under system information>startup programs, there are few files that I guess proves that trojan is not gone from the system despite using various tools to eliminate it such as malware, NIS, hitman, tuneup and spy bot..:(

These files are called:

program-shadowplay c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\nvspcap64.dll, shadowplayonsystemstart

c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\thxcfg64.dll,rundllentry thxcfg64

Thank you, hope you can help me out on this!
