@attila_nyiri Clicking on the link will NOT open a website, an automatic download of the file should happen, you can select where you want to save it and run it from there.

even downloading the uninstall tool i cant open it it says error even trying to just run norton i cant open it
Har du prøvet bare at installere det oven i med den nye version efter du har lukket alt alle steder
@globus5000 Never offer installing over the top of a current installation of Norton as a possible solution. That will only make things worse than they were.

Are you logged in with an account that has admin rights on the computer?
What Norton product and version do you have installed? Older version prior to the 22.24 releases or a current release? The removal tools are different for each one.

det virker nogle gange plus hvis man ikke kan reparere er det jo nogle gange det eneste der virker
hvis man ikke kan fjerne da det kan få det kode ind man mangler til at kunne fjerne som han skal bruge
