I found the name of the pua. Its SMG.Heurlgen. I got it off my pc but it was the secondary release of it and had not been used yet. The question is can i get rid of the files that keep reporducing on my phone?

What PUP are you referring to? And what does it do? Give pop ups or unwanted browser redirects? Have you looked for the app name in the Android Settings - Apps and tried removing it? The same for the PC.

If it is on both a PC and a mobile device, it sounds more like an app you do not want as opposed to the true PUP which gets installed alongside a legitimate download.

How do I remove the PUA or PUP? It's on both my pc, laptop, and tablet also. I'm pretty sure I know who put it on and why he did it but i want it all gone.

What you show in your image is a  PUA, which is not technically malware.

It looks like you have picked up a PUP, a Possibly Unwanted Program, or PUA, Possibly Unwanted App. While they are annoying, they do not cause damage to your system. Some people actually want the 'Features' offered by these programs. They are usually downloaded alongside a legitimate download when you do not uncheck the option for the additional download.

Norton products concentrate on malware that can damage your system, that is why some PUPs are not detected.
