How long does Driver update normally take? I have not yet got it to work! I just get a blue circle going round and round, but nothing else happens
I have exactly the same issue
Have now got it working! It seems that I was trying to use an "expired " version of updater [which I had forgotten about], and had not installed my newly paid-for version! It has updated my drivers, and warned me that one of the updates had “an issue” [not identified], and recommended reverting to the previous version.
I am having the very same issue!!
Everyone: The suggestion across the forums and users is DON’T use Driver Updater nor Software Updater. Use the OEM websites and Windows Updates to get those updates. Devices are know to be rendered not bootable in some instances using these two features, they are NOT prime time ready.

I just bought the Driver Updater but it does not work. Just the blue circle turning again and again.
I have the most recent version and here is What it is telling me. ( Pic 1 ) and in ( Pic2 ) i’m getting that hypnotising round and round blue twirly.
Had same problem. Going thru Driver Update shortcut said it was up to date. Signed in to MyNorton and checked on MyProtection page, downloaded Driver Update again and it worked this time around. Hope it helps.Good luck.
All: The general recommendation from the forums users is use extreme caution, or, do not use Driver Update or Software Updater. Rely on your OEM manufacturer websites for drivers and other software for your devices. Windows Update generally will offer valid updates for drivers because the OEM’s work with Microsoft to ensure their drivers are vetted properly and work. Other users have reported their devices not bootable when using these software add-ons as well.

I got Driver Updater as part of my subscription. Until recently it has worked. Now, like a number of other user reports, when I chose to update a driver it reported as needed update, I just get the blue spinning wheel.
Norton/Symantec … get this fixed ASAP.
and was this no help?
I’m getting the same thing, with a single driver being noted as needing update.
Where’s the response from Norton.
